  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix and instant coffee granules until well mixed.
  3. Add water and stir until smooth; pour half of the batter into the prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle dry chocolate pudding mix evenly over the batter without stirring.
  5. Top with remaining batter and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
