  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry mixture and stir until just mixed. Fold in mini marshmallows gently.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before frosting with whipped cream or chocolate ganache.
