  • ¾ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the milk followed by the dry ingredients until just combined (lumps are okay).
  5. Fill each liner about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce.
