  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan and set aside the remaining third.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Spread the cheesecake filling over the red velvet layer in the pan. Dollop with remaining red velvet batter and swirl with a knife for marbling.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing and top with whipped topping.
