Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients gently—avoid overmixing.
  4. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool cupcakes completely before frosting them with buttercream colored as desired.
