  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with colorful liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. Fill liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting colored in yellow, orange, and white.
