  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (lightly mashed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in sugar until combined.
  3. 3. Mix in cocoa powder and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
