  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pack (3 oz) strawberry jello
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 pack (3 oz) blueberry jello
  • 2 cups whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by pressing the graham cracker crust into a pie pan.
  2. In a pot, boil 1 cup of water. Remove from heat and dissolve the strawberry jello; mix in 1 cup of cold water.
  3. Pour half the strawberry mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
  4. Spread half of the whipped topping over the set strawberry layer.
  5. Repeat step 2 using blueberry jello and pour it over the whipped topping layer; return to refrigerator until fully set (another 2 hours).
  6. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish.
