Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and eggnog until frothy. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the frosting, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and rum until smooth.
  6. Frost cooled cupcakes generously with rum frosting and sprinkle with nutmeg.
