  • ¾ cup Evan Williams eggnog

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add the dry mixture.

  5. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
  6. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
