Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in milk and vanilla.
