Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
