  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside with door ajar for one hour.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
