  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Nutella (or more, as desired)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin with liners or nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.

  5. Fill each muffin cavity halfway with dough and create an indentation in the center.
  6. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of Nutella into each indentation and cover lightly with more dough.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on edges but soft in the center. Let cool slightly before serving.
