  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin with cupcake liners or nonstick spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients; gently mix. Add eggs one at a time while stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in half of the raspberries carefully.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling them two-thirds full. Top each cupcake with remaining raspberries.
