  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix flour and sugar; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  2. Gradually add cold water until dough forms. Roll out and fit into a tart pan; trim excess.
  3. Blind bake the crust with parchment and weights for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour into cooled crust.
  5. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until set; the center should jiggle slightly but not be liquidy.
